Acadia Outerwear is a genderless clothing system that moves with you; shielding and adapting to the changing weather and activities by focusing on comfort and functionality.
For my senior cape stone project, I created a technical outerwear clothing line that consists of a base layer, mid-layer, and outer layer. I started this year-long project focusing on in-depth research into the fashion industry as a whole, the market, and users.

MARKET RESEARCH
To gather this information, I conduct a survey of just under 40 individuals. I wanted to understand what people were doing outside while being active, what they were wearing, and how much the functionality vs fit of the clothing mattered
